These Regulations are based on our many years of experience, established standards, as well as the current Bulgarian legislation.

Hotel Palace Marina Dinevi guarantees its guests confidentiality.

The purpose of the rules is to support and guarantee the maximum safety and satisfaction of the guests of Hotel PALAS Marina Dinevi.

RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY IN THE HOTEL

1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Rooms are vacated by 12:00 p.m., check-in is after 2:30 p.m.
3. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present an identity document.
4. In case of early termination of the stay, the amount paid is not refunded.
5. Your wish for an earlier check-in or a late check-out will be granted if possible, only after prior clarification with the reception and upon payment of the relevant fee.
6. Please contact reception immediately if you lose your hotel key card. In order to be issued a duplicate, it is necessary to present an identity card.
7. Towels: We kindly ask you not to take white towels out of your room.
8. Beach towels: Please return the towels after use to the room every night to be replaced with dry and clean ones.
9. In order to provide our guests with an exceptional sense of cleanliness and tranquility, we reserve the right to access the rooms, for the purpose of cleaning, maintenance, checking the condition of the furniture and appliances in them or to prevent a violation of the internal order of the hotel.
10. Consumption from the minibar is paid according to the announced price list. When leaving the hotel, the guest must wait for the minibar to be checked.
11. Please leave your valuables and documents in the room safe. The guest is responsible for items left unattended in the room or on the hotel grounds.
12. Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month.
13. Please take care of the property of the hotel and observe the rules of fire safety.
14. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances.
15. Each guest is responsible for damages (intentional and unintentional) on the territory of the complex caused by him personally. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account a fee for the damage caused, according to a price list provided to the Reception, which the guest should pay.
    The guest compensates the value of the damaged property in the hotel.
16. Pets are not allowed on the territory of Hotel Palace Marina Dinevi.
17. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all indoor areas of the complex. If a violation is found, a fee of BGN 200 will be added to the room bill.
18. Parking cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in a way that blocks traffic.
